After the fall of man, the devil gained the authority to wreak havoc on earth, pursuing his agenda to destroy what GOD had created. Living in rebellion against GOD, he became anti-GOD, opposing and resisting all aspects of GOD's divine plan, including His purpose for humanity as His delight.
For years, humanity has suffered under the afflictions imposed by the enemy and his cohorts. The Bible recounts numerous cases, such as a woman who was bent over for eighteen years and a man who lived in a cave, tormented and unable to be tamed. The devil had long ruled over mankind, perpetuating chaos and evil.
JESUS came to restore us to our rightful place and destroy the works of the devil. He confronted the very headquarters of the enemy's operations, dismantling his control over our lives. Thanks to JESUS' coming, we can now use prayer in His name to put the enemy in his rightful place and thwart his plans against us.
JESUS came to dissolve and make null and void the enemy’s works. Today, we stand victorious because He came, granting us the upper hand over an adversary that has long plagued humanity. Praise JESUS! Indeed, at the mention of His name, every knee bows and every tongue confesses that He is LORD.
JESUS is the fulfillment of the prophecy made in Genesis 3:15, which speaks of crushing the head of the serpent. This truth reassures us that GOD speaks with certainty and that His words are reliable.
In this season, recognize that the coming of JESUS represents your victory—restoring you to your rightful place while undoing the works of the enemy. It is a definitive demonstration of GOD's love for us and His plan for our redemption. Your victory over addictions and various struggles rests in CHRIST. A life submitted to Him knows no shame or loss.
Today is the day to submit your life to CHRIST.
Heavenly FATHER, I thank YOU for my life. I admit that I am a sinner. Please have mercy on me. I know that without YOU, I cannot navigate this life. Today, I accept YOU as my LORD and personal SAVIOR; please take control of my life
